The Peace Dollar was minted from 1921 to 1935 to commemorate the end of World War I. Designed by Anthony de Francisci, it features Lady Liberty wearing a radiant crown on the obverse and a bald eagle perched on a rock with the word 'PEACE' on the reverse.
